Choose the 6-week program ($2,450) if you are ready to fix the foundation once and for all. Best for up to 15 pounds to lose and anyone who is self-motivated and ready to run with the tools.
Choose the 8-week program ($2,950) if you want extra time and accountability to lock in the habits before going solo. Best for anyone who knows consistency has been their missing piece.
Choose the 12-week program ($3,550) for the deepest level of support. Best for 20+ pounds to lose or a more complex picture including GLP-1 medication support, postpartum weight loss, perimenopause, chronic inflammation, or a long history of yo-yo dieting.

Virtual 1:1 coaching via Zoom. Available to clients worldwide. Start date confirmed by email after enrollment. Program must be completed within the allocated program window. A 2-week extension is available for vacation or illness. Programs are non-refundable.
