All clients finish the 6-week method with the tools, knowledge, and troubleshooting skills to continue on their own.
For those who want continued accountability while reaching their goal weight, navigating hormonal changes (postpartum, perimenopause, menopause), or staying on track with a GLP-1 medication, coaching does not have to stop.
Eat Shed Glow® Lifestyle is available at $450 per month with two 30-min coaching sessions scheduled bi-weekly, direct text access, and no long-term commitment.

Virtual 1:1 coaching via Zoom. Available to clients worldwide. Start date confirmed by email after enrollment. Program must be completed within the 6-week program window. A 2-week extension is available for vacation or illness.
