FAQs

Getting Started

  • The Eat Shed Glow® method is a personalized coaching method to unlearn dieting and relearn how to eat, for weight loss that lasts.

Built on 5 proprietary pillars, the method teaches you how to build visually balanced meals, stabilize blood sugar, and lose weight without counting calories, restricting food groups, or relying on willpower. In 6 weeks of personalized 1:1 coaching, you will unlearn everything diet culture taught you and relearn how to eat and live in your body.

This is personalized nutrition education, not another diet.

  • Eat Shed Glow® is for you if you have tried every diet and still feel stuck, want to lose weight without giving up the foods you love, are ready to commit to the process, use or are considering GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) and need nutrition support, or are navigating hormonal changes (postpartum, perimenopause, menopause).

This is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix, a calorie-counting system, food diary apps, bootcamp coaching, or if you are managing an active eating disorder without physician follow-up.

  • Diets give you rules that expire. Eat Shed Glow® gives you understanding that lasts. In six weeks of 1:1 coaching, you learn how food actually works for your body: no eliminated food groups, no counting, no apps, no generic meal plans. That is why the results hold after the coaching ends, whether you are on a GLP-1 or not.

Most programs need you to come back. This one is designed so you never do.

  • Yes, GLP-1 nutrition support is a specialty. Whether you are on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, you will learn how to eat to protect your muscle, maximize your medication results, and keep the weight off if and when you come off. Many clients find personalized nutrition support gets them significantly better results than medication alone. The medication quiets the food noise. The method teaches you what to do with that quiet.

  • Yes. Eat Shed Glow® specializes in perimenopause weight loss for clients experiencing hormonal weight changes, belly fat, and a slower metabolism. The program teaches how to work with changing hormones through nutrition, not against them. We partner with Midi Health, a telehealth platform specializing in perimenopause and menopause care, for clients who need medical and hormonal support alongside their nutrition journey.

  • Eat Shed Glow® is based in New York City and Westport, Connecticut, with personalized 1:1 coaching offered virtually across the U.S. and internationally. Learn more about weight loss nutrition coaching in NYC or weight loss nutrition coaching in Westport.

Coaching sessions can be conducted in English, French, Italian, or Arabic. All Eat Shed Glow® materials are delivered in English.

  • Six weeks is the behavioral sweet spot. It is enough time to break old patterns, build new habits, and rewire the way you think about food. By the end of the method you will know how to visually build every meal without counting calories, snack strategically, navigate restaurants, travel, and real life without falling off, and keep losing weight on your own. The goal is to give you the tools to eat for life. Not to keep you dependent on a coach.

Once you know how to Eat well, Shed weight, and Glow for life, there is no going back.

  • Every client finishes the 6 weeks ready to continue on their own. Want ongoing accountability while you reach your goal, navigate hormonal changes, or stay on track with a GLP-1?

Eat Shed Glow® Lifestyle continues the momentum: two 45-minute sessions per month plus direct text access to Coco, at $450 per month, dropping to $400 per month on a 3-month term and $375 per month on 6 months. You stay as long as it serves you. Then you go live it.

Results & Expectations

  • From the first week, most clients feel the shift, less bloating, fewer cravings, steadier energy, and the scale starts moving. A healthy, sustainable pace is typically 1 to 2 pounds per week, though your results depend on your body, your starting point, and whether you are on a GLP-1 medication. Best of all, you do not just lose the weight, you finish knowing exactly how to keep it off for good, without ever dieting again.

  • No. Eat Shed Glow® teaches how to include all foods, wine, pizza, dessert, while losing weight. The method focuses on balance and smart choices, not restriction or elimination.

  • Eat Shed Glow® is designed for real life and busy schedules. The method works with work stress, travel, social events, and packed calendars. You will learn to stay consistent without perfect conditions or hours of meal prep.

  • There is never a perfect time to start. The best time is when you are ready to stop dieting and take the first step toward food freedom. Eat Shed Glow® is designed to work with real life, including holidays, so you can enjoy the season and stay consistent without losing progress.

  • Each personalized Roadmap is completely tailored for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or specific allergies. Everything is customized to what works for your body and preferences.

  • Eat Shed Glow® supports clients who emotionally eat or have an unhealthy relationship with food by teaching how food works and building balanced habits without restriction. However, Eat Shed Glow® is not a treatment for eating disorders. If you are currently managing an eating disorder such as anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating disorder, please work with a licensed therapist or treatment team first. We partner with Refresh Therapy NYC or your preferred therapist for clients who need therapeutic support alongside their nutrition journey.
