Eat Shed Glow® Lifestyle is for you if you have completed the Eat Shed Glow® Method and want continued accountability while you reach your goal weight, stay on track with a GLP-1 medication, navigate a hormonal shift, or move through a major life transition.
It is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix or have not yet completed the Method.

The Method is the 6-week foundation where you learn how to eat for your body. Lifestyle is what comes after. It is ongoing accountability coaching for clients who already have the knowledge and want continued support to stay consistent and reach their goal.

Lifestyle comes in 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month packages, with savings on the longer ones. The 1-month works well for a specific short-term goal. The 3 and 6-month packages are best if you are working toward a bigger goal, navigating a GLP-1 journey, or want sustained accountability through a longer season of life.

Each package includes two private 45-minute Zoom sessions per month, plus direct text access to Coco Monday to Friday. Sessions focus on your real life: troubleshooting challenges, planning for travel and restaurants, adjusting your approach, and keeping you accountable and moving toward your goal.
