The Eat Shed Glow® Method includes one 60-minute Initial Deep Dive Session via Zoom, your complete 40+ page personalized Eat Shed Glow® Roadmap delivered within 2 business days, five weekly 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom, direct text access to Coco Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, real-time problem solving for restaurants, travel, plateaus, and life, and lifetime access to all resources and frameworks.

What is Eat Shed Glow® Lifestyle?

Eat Shed Glow® Lifestyle is ongoing accountability coaching for clients who have completed the Eat Shed Glow® Method. It includes two 45-minute private coaching sessions per calendar month via Zoom plus direct text access to Coco Monday through Friday. Available in prepaid term options of 1 month at $450, 3 months at $1,275, or 6 months at $2,400. Lifestyle is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

Does Eat Shed Glow® support clients on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound?

Yes. Eat Shed Glow® provides specialized nutrition support for clients on GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, as well as compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Coco helps clients maximize results, preserve muscle, eat enough protein, manage reduced appetite, and build the eating patterns that sustain results when clients eventually come off medication.
