How to Make Lemon Olive Oil Dressing.
Serves 2–4 · Prep: 2 min
Make It
Add the juice of ½ lemon, 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper to a small bowl, or straight onto your salad.
Whisk or toss to combine.
Taste and adjust the lemon or salt.
Notes
The simplest dressing there is. No jars, no processed ingredients, no seed oils, and two minutes start to finish.
Dress it straight on the salad if you want. There is no emulsion to hold, so there is nothing to gain from a separate bowl.
Variations: a splash of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of dried oregano, or 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
Pour it over a No B.S. Salad or a Perfect Side Salad, or use it on steamed vegetables.
Counts as Healthy Fats at 2 Tbsp.
