Quality Protein
3–4 oz mozzarella OR dairy-free mozzarella (Violife or Miyoko's)
Optional: prosciutto, grilled chicken, egg, or anchovies
Non-Starchy Veggies
¼–⅓ cup unsweetened pizza sauce made with olive oil (Rao's)
Plus any of: mushrooms, artichoke hearts, red onion, cherry tomatoes, arugula
Side salad with 2–3 cups greens and fresh herbs
Healthy Fats
1 Tbsp dressing for your side salad
Extras
Fresh basil, oregano, garlic, capers, pitted Kalamata olives, chili flakes
Make It
Prepare your pizza crust according to package instructions.
Spread the pizza sauce thinly over the crust, leaving a small border.
Add your mozzarella and toppings.
Bake according to package instructions, until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp.
Add any fresh toppings, such as basil or arugula, after baking. Serve with your side salad.
