Pizza Crust Base, choose one
Dairy-Free Option: 1 Hero Pizza Crust
Gluten-Free Option: 2 Outer Aisle Cauliflower Pizza Crusts

Quality Protein
3–4 oz mozzarella OR dairy-free mozzarella (Violife or Miyoko's)
Optional: prosciutto, grilled chicken, egg, or anchovies

Non-Starchy Veggies
¼–⅓ cup unsweetened pizza sauce made with olive oil (Rao's)
Plus any of: mushrooms, artichoke hearts, red onion, cherry tomatoes, arugula
Side salad with 2–3 cups greens and fresh herbs

Healthy Fats
1 Tbsp dressing for your side salad

Extras
Fresh basil, oregano, garlic, capers, pitted Kalamata olives, chili flakes

Make It

  1. Prepare your pizza crust according to package instructions.

  2. Spread the pizza sauce thinly over the crust, leaving a small border.

  3. Add your mozzarella and toppings.

  4. Bake according to package instructions, until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp.

  5. Add any fresh toppings, such as basil or arugula, after baking. Serve with your side salad.

Margherita
Mozzarella, tomato sauce, and fresh basil torn over after baking. Optional: anchovies, red onion, or olives.

Marinara
Tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, and olive oil. No cheese. Add chicken or anchovies for your Quality Protein.

Napoletana
Mozzarella, anchovies, capers, olives, and oregano.

Quattro Stagioni
Mozzarella, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, prosciutto, and olives, with the toppings arranged in separate sections.

Bismarck
Mozzarella, prosciutto, and 1 egg cracked into the center. Add the egg toward the end of baking and cook until the white is set.

  • Use 1 Hero Pizza Crust or 2 Outer Aisle Cauliflower Pizza Crusts for one meal.

  • For fully dairy-free, use the Hero crust with dairy-free mozzarella such as Violife or Miyoko's.
