How to Make Healthy Caesar Dressing

How to Make It

  1. Add ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 small garlic clove (minced), 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and ¼ tsp sea salt to a small bowl*.

  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Stir in 2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese**.

  4. Taste and adjust lemon, garlic, or salt to preference.

  5. Thin with 1–2 tbsp water if needed.

Notes

Traditional Caesar dressing is often made with seed oils and added sugars. This version uses clean ingredients with avocado oil mayonnaise like Sir Kensington's mayonnaise.

*For a more traditional flavor: add ½ tsp anchovy paste or a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

**For a dairy-free version: swap the parmesan for 2 tbsp nutritional yeast. It adds a savory, cheesy flavor without the dairy.
